We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase and shopping
experience here at Stroll and Go. If, in any way you are not satisfied with
your order, we will refund you in full, less our shipping charges. Please return
all new/unused items within 30 days of receipt with all of its original
packaging.
When will my credit card be charged/credited?
We do not charge your credit card until we have the items in stock and ready to ship to you. All credits/refunds to credit cards will process within 2-3 business days from the time we receive your returned item(s). Once a credit is issued please allow 2-5 business days for you credit to post to your credit card account.
What do I do if my order is incomplete or incorrect?
We try our best to handle every order with as much care as possible. However,
if you need to return an item due to an error on our part, please e-mail us
at customerservice@strollandgo.com
or call us at 1-888-553-3933 within 10 days of receipt. We will either e-mail
or mail you a return label for the incorrect item and send you out the correct item. Our return address can be found at the bottom of the page.
What do I do if my order is damaged?
If your item is damaged due to shipping or a manufacturer's defect, please e-mail
us at customerservice@strollandgo.com
or call us at 1-888-553-3933 within 10 days of receipt. We will arrange
to have the item(s)/part(s) repaired or replaced with the manufacturer at no
cost to you. If the item is damaged due to shipping, we will file a claim with
the shipping company and arrange for the product to be returned to us and we
will ship a replacement.

In the unlikely event that a package arrives with visible damage to the product (pieces protruding from box, box torn in a manner that the product became scratched and dented during transit, etc...) it will be refused. This is why insuring the package is so important. We will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with your shipping carrier.
Exchanges: For item(s) of greater or equal value
If you decide that you would like to exchange
your merchandise for another item of greater or equal value, you will need to ship the item(s) back
to us in its original
and unused condition to Stroll and Go. Once we receive the item back in our
warehouse, we will ship your new item of equal or greater value at no cost to you. Please be
aware that you are limited to one (1) exchange (of greater or equal value) with free shipping. Any exchanges
after your first exchange will require you to cover all shipping costs both
to and from you. Our return address can be found at the bottom of the page.
Exchanges: For item(s) of lower value
If you decide that you would like to exchange your merchandise for another item of lower value, you will need to ship the item(s) back to us in its original and unused condition. Once we receive the item back in our warehouse, we will ship your new item(s) to you at your expense. Please be aware that shipping cost vary. If you are returning an item(s), please be aware that you are responsible
for shipping the items back to Stroll and Go at your cost. We advise that
you insure and are able to track your package back to us in case any issues should arise
during the shipping process. Once the item(s) are returned to our warehouse

All refunds will be issued back to the original credit card in full less our shipping charges to you.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be emailed to customerservice@strollandgo.com or faxed to Stroll And Go.
If a cancelled order is shipped in error please refuse the
package or contact our customer service department at 1-888-553-3933 or e-mail customerservice@strollandgo.com. Before a credit is issued, the product must be returned in its original condition to our warehouse.
Items that have already been shipped or are in transit unfortunately can not be cancelled. You will be responsible to refuse the package or return the product to Stroll and Go and will be credited in full less the shipping charges once the item(s) are returned in its original condition to our warehouse.
